Biblio: A Review of Books is owned and published by the Biblio Charitable Trust. The Trust is a public, non-profit organization engaged in the attempt to upgrade the social and cultural environment of India in particular and South Asia in general through raising the awareness of literature, arts and ideas, by creating an intellectual forum for debate and discussion beyond partisan limits and national boundaries.
